Peptide and blend calculator

Search catalogue names, calculate a custom product, or enter every component in a blend. DoDose converts your label and prescribed values into concentration, draw volume, and U-100 syringe markings.

This is not a dosing tool. It does not tell you what to take, how much to take, whether to reconstitute a product, or which diluent to use.

Enter the values you already have

Copy every amount exactly from the vial label and your prescribing instructions.

Calculator type
Peptide name
Organized alphabetically for finding names—not by use or suitability. The name does not change the calculation.

Diluent volume added

Enter the total volume in mL. This calculator does not tell you which diluent to use.

Your prescribed dose

Enter the amount from your clinician or medication instructions. DoDose does not recommend a dose.

U-100 syringe size

Use this only with a syringe marked U-100. One mL corresponds to 100 marked units.

Check the math

Every output comes from two conversions.

1. Find the concentration

Total vial mass ÷ diluent volume = mass per mL. The calculator normalizes mg and mcg before dividing.

For blends, preserve the ratio

The target component determines the shared draw volume. That same volume is then applied to every labeled component concentration so you can see everything delivered together.

2. Convert the entered dose

Dose ÷ concentration = mL to draw. On a U-100 scale only, mL × 100 gives the marked unit position.

FAQ

Before you calculate.

Which peptides does the calculator support?

The searchable catalogue covers more than 40 names and aliases, including BPC-157, TB-500, retatrutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide, GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, MOTS-C, and KPV. You can also type any custom name because the underlying mass-and-volume calculation is peptide-independent. A catalogue entry is not an endorsement, approval, or statement that a product is suitable for clinical use.

How are peptide blends calculated?

Choose a known blend template or create a custom blend, then enter the labeled amount of every component. Select the component your prescribed dose refers to. DoDose calculates one shared draw volume and shows how much of every component that volume contains. It never assumes a blend ratio or strength.

Does this calculator recommend a dose?

No. It only converts the vial amount, diluent volume, and dose you enter into concentration, mL, and U-100 syringe markings. Use only a dose given by a licensed clinician or official medication instructions.

What does U-100 mean here?

A U-100 syringe scale has 100 marked units per 1 mL. These are scale markings, not medication dose units. This calculator must not be used with a U-40 syringe or any device that uses a different scale.

Does DoDose save calculator entries?

No. The calculation runs in your browser, and calculator field values are not submitted, saved, or included in analytics. If site analytics are enabled, they may record that the calculator page was visited.
