Email admin@evergoodsholdings.com for app help, purchase questions, or privacy requests. Include the app version, device model, and what happened. Please avoid sending sensitive records unless needed to resolve your request.
Getting started
PepProtocol is the new name for DoDose. No app account is required. Basic tracking stays free. The 14-day Premium preview does not request payment or automatically charge you when it ends.
Restore Premium or cancel a subscription
Use Restore Purchase in the app with the Apple account used for the original purchase. Restoring access does not restore tracking data. To cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Backups and your records
Use the app's Settings to review iCloud sync and export or restore a backup. Keep your backup somewhere you control. Avoid uninstalling the app when troubleshooting until you have checked your backup. Separately manage copies in iCloud, Apple Health, and files you shared.
AI permission and availability
You can decline AI sharing and continue manual food, water, and protocol tracking. Optional AI sends selected data through our Railway-hosted gateway to OpenAI. Review estimates before saving. If a request fails, try again later or enter the record manually.
Privacy and product terms
Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. There is no PepProtocol app account to delete. Contact us for information held by our support or service systems.
